Alpha was purchased from JHC Campbell & Sons at Perth in February 2007 for 10,000 guineas.
He is sired by the legendary Burradon Talisman who has sired bulls to 55,000 guineas. His dam, Thrunton Marlyn is sired by Moncur General (by Balmyle Champion) and traces back to a tremendous French bred cow Lanton Jouvencelle.
We selected Alpha for our herd because of his terrific fleshing ability coupled with great style and locomotion.

We were fortunate to be able to purchase Edenhurst Cognac privately in partnership with RA Milne, Elgin Charolais. He represents everything that is good about Charolais with great power size and scale.
